  • (a) Delivery codes ‘A’ to ‘D’
  • Professional qualifications for a recognized Hindi University in English as compulsory or exploratory subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; either
  • Qualifications for a recognized English and Hindi University as compulsory or partial study or as a degree exam; either
  • Professional qualification for an accredited University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or partial subject or as a mid-level examination; either
  • Qualifications for an accredited University in any subject other than Hindi or English, and medium and Hindi English as compulsory or partial study or as a mid-level examination in mathematics; either
  • Degree of a recognized University degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, and Hindi and English as compulsory or elective courses or both as a test subject and another as compulsory or elective subject at the higher and
  • Distinguished Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or 2 years’ translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa at Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hindi and English as one of the undergraduate courses may be compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institution and a Master’s degree in any subject from a University or Institution and a Bachelor of Education from a recognized University / Institution. either
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institution and a Master’s degree in Hindi and English as one of the undergraduate courses may be compulsory or optional for a recognized University or Institution and a Bachelor of Education from a recognized University / Institution.
  • Required: Two years experience teaching Hindi at a Secondary School under the Central Government or a recognized educational institution.
  • 8.1 As per the department of Human Resource Development Notice published on 10.06.2015 published in the Government Gazette all the degrees / diplomas / certificates given in open learning mode and the Graduate Studies established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Honorable Institutions to be Universities under Section 3 of the 1956 Commission Act and National Priority Centers promulgated under an Act of Parliament are automatically accredited for the purpose of employment of employees and services under the Central Government as long as they are approved by the Graduate Education Bureau, University Grants Commission.
  • 8.2 In accordance with the UGC Regulations (open and Grade), published in the Official Gazette on 23.06.2017, under section I (2) (P), programs in engineering, medical, dental, nursing, pharmacy, construction and health care and so on. it is not allowed to be offered under open and remote learning mode.
  • 8.3 Guests who have not received / will not receive any important qualifications (including experience) from 01.01.2020 will not be allowed and do not need to apply.
  • 8.4 All candidates who  are  declared  qualified by the Commission in Computer Base Examination will be required to produce all relevant Certificates in original such as Mark sheets/ Provisional Degree/ Diploma Certificate as  proof  of  having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01.01.2020 failing  which  the  candidature  of  such  candidates  will  be  cancelled  by the Commission. The  candidates  who are able to prove, by documentary evidence that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date and he/ she has been declared passed, will also be considered to have the required Educational Qualification.
